Group Fitness Classes
Try one of our many fitness classes, like: Les Mills Body Pump, Body Step, Body Vibe, aerobics, Pilates, Kickboxing, Silver Sneakers or indoor cycling.
Classes are designed to encourage the beginner and challenge the advanced. All of the classes are free with your membership!
Wellness Coaching
Do you need some motivation and one-on-one instruction? A wellness coach is the key to getting you on your way. You'll meet with a wellness coach for a 30-minute session once a week for six weeks to learn basic, introductory concepts to get started with your workouts.
Orientation
YMCA members are encouraged to sign up for orientations to all the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. These 45-minute sessions are free and provided by trained Wellness Center staff.
Fitness Evaluations
What a great way to start your fitness program. You don't know where you are going unless you know where you are. Trained fitness staff members are available to assess yourphysical fitness in a safe, confidential setting. Evaluations will determine body composition, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. This service is free to all members.
Personal Training
If you would like one-on-one help throughout your workout to help you with technique ormotivation, sign up for YMCA Personal Training. For many people, Personal Training provides the boost they need to push through to the next level of fitness. Ask our Fitness staff for moreinformation.
The YMCA is committed to building strong kids, families and communities. The YMCA Healthy Family Home philosophy is the power of small, sustainable changes. Like many things in life, achieving balance between activities, work, school, family, friends, etc is challenging but important. Reach for a variety of tools to support your family, including different physical activities to keep your body and mind interested. Choose a variety of foods to keep your taste buds happy.
