Youth Programs

Safe Sitter
Would you know what to do if a child was choking while you
were babysitting? Would you know how to call 911 or how to
handle a nosebleed? Safe Sitters will learn all these things
and more! Safe Sitter is a nationally recognized babysitting
preparation program for boys and girls 11-13 years of age.
Students need to bring their own lunch. Manual is included.

Home School

  • Introduction to Art Children ages 6 through 10 will have a blast drawing, painting, and sculpting as well as have the opportunity to explore various arts and crafts geared toward the younger child in a fun, loving environment. Activities also include age appropriate games and stories.
  • Creative Cooking Children ages 6 through 13 will learn to cook

"no-bake" snacks for the whole family. A new recipe each week will be the focus of this class. Children will also learn table manners and etiquette.

Adult Programs

Weight Loss Support Group
Focus on activity, sensible eating, and self-empowerment. A new topic is
discussed each week. This is an on-going group. All members welcome.

Nutrition Classes
Different nutritional topics will be discussed and nutritious samples will be
given. Come and learn ways to incorporate healthy food choices into your
diet easily, the truth about different fad diets on the market, and much more
with these classes, all designed to help you understand, incorporate and
discover the benefits of a nutritious diet.
